This Local Law becomes effective immediately upon filing in the Office of the Secretary of State after voting upon and approval of proposition by the majority of electors of the County of Orleans at the annual general election for the County of Orleans on November 6, 2007.
Defeated in the November 6, 2007 General Election. Proposition vote results: yes - 1064; no - 2072.
