NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that there has been introduced before the Legislature of the County of Orleans, New York, on July 14, 2010 Local Law 3-Intro of the Year 2010 entitled " A Local Law Authorizing County Relevy and Reimbursement for Local Remediation Expenses".
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Orleans County Legislature will conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed Local Law in the Legislative Chambers, 3 South Main Street, Suite 2, Albion, New York 14411 at 4:25 p.m. on July 28, 2010, at which time all persons interested will be heard.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that copies of the aforesaid Local Law is available at the Office of the Clerk of the Legislature, 3 South Main Street, Suite 2, Albion, NY 14411.
