Additions to Certified Ag. Districts

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADDITIONS TO CERTIFIED COUNTY AGRICULTURAL DISTRICTS

NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Legislature of Orleans County, State of New York, on the 23^rd day of July, 2008 at 4:25 PM at the Legislative Chambers, 3 South Main Street, Suite 2 in the Village of Albion to consider requests filed by landowners pursuant to Section 303-b of New York State Agriculture and Markets Law for the addition of predominantly viable agricultural land to certified County Agricultural Districts. The recommendation of the Orleans County Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board shall also be considered at this time.

                        All parties and interested citizens will be heard by the Orleans County Legislature at the Public Hearing.
