Review of Orleans County Agricultural Dist No. 1

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REVIEW OF ORLEANS COUNTY AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT NO. 1 ENCOMPASSING PORTIONS OF THE TOWNS OF CARLTON, KENDALL, AND YATES

            NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Legislature of Orleans County, State of New York, on the 23^rd day of July, 2008 at 4:15 PM at the Legislative Chambers, 3 South Main Street, Suite 2 in the Village of Albion for the review of Orleans County Agricultural District No. 1, encompassing portions of the Towns of Carlton, Kendall, and Yates to consider the recommendation of the Orleans Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board, and any proposed modifications. 

            A description and map of the district and the recommendation of the Orleans County Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board may be examined in the office of the Clerk of the Legislature.

            All parties and interested citizens will be heard by the Orleans County Legislature at the Public Hearing.
